We are thrilled to announce Bob Vansickle has joined the Ontario Disability Employment Network as of May 28th, 2019 as our newest Diversity & Inclusion Specialist covering the Southwest Region of Ontario!
Bob has been an active Member who has worked in the field assisting people who have a disability to find employment for more than twenty-five years in his role as the Manager of Employment Options at Community Living Sarnia-Lambton.
Bob has worked closely with many businesses to provide accessibility training and consulting in addition to supporting many companies in successfully on-boarding candidates who have a disability.
Not only has Bob been a speaker at numerous provincial and national conferences, he has led cutting edge employment services including; JobStart pre-employment workshops and the largest summer youth employment program in Ontario.
Bob is also a founding member of ODEN and was Chair of our Government Relations committee, as well as Past Chair on the Board of the Ontario Disability Employment Network.
